Where to find it
In e-banking under Payments → Data transfer → Download account data. Raiffeisen recommends XML (ISO) for businesses with accounting software and Excel CSV for private customers. Both are available to private and business customers.

When you still have to convert the PDF
The download covers only the period visible in the bank. Older periods, closed accounts and third-party statements exist as PDFs.
- Statements you receive from clients, mandates or counterparties as PDFs
- Accounts that have since been closed
- Periods before electronic export was activated
- Accounting software that requires camt.053 or MT940 when the bank only delivers CSV or PDF
